Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: Hull, HU5
Hours: Flexible, Part-Time (During School Hours)
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Hull (HU5) area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young person's educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tuition sessions.
- Support students with a range of additional learning needs.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
- Track progress and provide regular feedback.
- Build students' confidence, independence, and academic skills.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver tailored lessons.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Teaching qualification or tutoring experience preferred.
