A supportive mainstream nursery in Hertfordshire (EN11) is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Nursery Support Assistant to work closely with a child requiring additional support, helping them to access learning and daily routines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a nursery-aged child
- Support communication, social skills and emotional development
- Implement tailored learning and care plans
- Work closely with the class team and SENCO
- Encourage independence through structured support
Essential Job Requirements:
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
- Experience working in early years or SEN support
- Previous 1:1 or intervention experience desirable
- Calm, patient and consistent approach
