We're seeking an experienced Headteacher or an exceptional senior leader ready for Headship who can demonstrate:

• A proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes
• Significant whole-school leadership experience
• Strong curriculum, teaching and learning expertise
• Experience leading successful school improvement initiatives
• A commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all pupils
• The ability to develop, inspire and retain high-performing staff
• Strong financial and resource management skills
• Confidence building relationships with governors, families and the wider community
• Resilience, integrity and the ability to lead through change

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
