We are seeking a committed and experienced Head of Year / Pastoral Manager to join a supportive secondary school in Preston. This role is ideal for someone passionate about student welfare and behaviour management, with strong leadership and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the pastoral care and academic progress of a designated year group
  • Manage behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding concerns in line with school policies
