A permanent opportunity has arisen for a passionate Head of SEN in an alternative education setting in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a difference and ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.
Qualifications
- Hold QTS/QTLS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be within the first three years of a SENCO role).
- NPQSL and/or NPQH is desirable.
Experience
- Experience working across the secondary age range, managing student discipline, and providing strong pastoral care.
Skills

Knowledge
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion in schools with high levels of vulnerable students.
