Teaching Personnel is currently seeking caring and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Hayle and the surrounding areas. The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. You could be working:
- One-to-one with individual pupils
- Supporting small intervention groups
- Assisting within the classroom environment
- Across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
- In both mainstream and SEND-focused provisions
You may support children with:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech and Language Needs
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Moderate learning difficulties
- Additional educational needs and EHCP-supported interventions

What We're Looking For
