About the Roles Deputy Manager You'll support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting, lead and motivate staff, ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements, and help maintain the highest standards of care and education. Level 3 EYFS Practitioner You'll play a key role in planning engaging activities, monitoring children's development, acting as a key person, and building strong relationships with parents and carers. Level 2 EYFS Practitioner You'll support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences, assist with daily routines, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
