The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will
- Support pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships that help children feel safe, confident, and valued.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
- Encourage independence, communication, and social development.
- Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Essential Requirements

- Hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or
- Be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel before starting employment.
