Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 autism support at a primary school in Waterlooville from September 2026. The role is term-time only and focuses on helping a pupil access learning and develop communication skills in a nurturing environment.

You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals, using autism-friendly strategies to promote engagement and independence, while monitoring progress and supporting intervention.
