We are looking for a Midday Supervisory Assistant to work in a primary school in Hastings.
This is a part-time role supporting pupils during lunchtime. You'll be helping to supervise children in the dining hall and playground, making sure they are safe, happy and well-behaved throughout the lunch break.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with children and can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
The role includes:
- Supervising children during lunch and break times
- Supporting pupils in the dining hall and playground
- Encouraging positive behaviour
- Helping children resolve minor issues and play safely
- Reporting any concerns to school staff
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and punctual
- Has a calm and friendly approach
- Enjoys working with primary-aged children
- Can work well as part of a team
- Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
