Year 2 Teacher – Full Time – February Start
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from February 2026 on a full-time basis.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 teacher to take full responsibility for a Year 3 class. You will be expected to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers
- Contribute to staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching
- A proactive and reflective attitude to professional development
