We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within the Harrow area. We currently have multiple roles available with increased demand for teaching assistants in the area, particularly within early years and reception.

The successful teaching assistant will work alongside the classroom teacher, helping pupils learn the relevant curriculum and creating a warm and energetic working environment. • Flexible, resilient and willing to embrace new surroundings and situations
  • Confident working with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Experienced in assisting teaching any age groups, ideally in EYFS/KS1/KS2
  • Good communication with students and staff

Desirable criteria:

  • Mental health awareness training
  • Special Needs experience
  • Team Teach or positive handling training
  • Full UK driving license or willingness to travel
  • First Aid Training
  • Experience of teaching other years
