Salary: £171.00 - £250.00 (pay dependent on experience)

We are currently working with a secondary school in Birmingham that is looking to appoint an English Teacher. The school is seeking a motivated and engaging teacher who can inspire students across KS3 and KS4 and contribute positively to a supportive English department. This opportunity is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The successful candidate will be joining a school with supportive leadership, clear behaviour systems and a strong focus on student progress and development.

The role:

  • Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 & KS4
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Supporting student attainment and progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A positive and professional approach
