The Role

  • You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively.
  • You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment.
  • This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with secondary aged students
  • SEN experience / ability to support additional needs
  • Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
