We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic General Supply Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Southampton, supporting pupils with additional needs. This is a flexible, agency-based role, ideal for individuals available three or more days per week and able to start as soon as possible.

About the Role

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND
  • Working on a general supply basis across primary and secondary settings
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support
  • Helping pupils access learning and develop confidence and independence

Who We’re Looking For

  • You will be a great fit if you:
  • Are aged 21 or over
  • Have experience working with children with additional needs or a genuine passion for making a difference
  • Are reliable, adaptable, and nurturing
  • Can commit to three or more days per week

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Care work
  • Nursing or HCA roles
  • Teaching Assistants or LSAs
  • Sports coaches or youth workers

Driving is preferred but not essential, as all schools are accessible via public transport.
