We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic General Supply Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Southampton, supporting pupils with additional needs. This is a flexible, agency-based role, ideal for individuals available three or more days per week and able to start as soon as possible.
About the Role
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND
- Working on a general supply basis across primary and secondary settings
- Providing one-to-one or small group support
- Helping pupils access learning and develop confidence and independence
Who We’re Looking For
- You will be a great fit if you:
- Are aged 21 or over
- Have experience working with children with additional needs or a genuine passion for making a difference
- Are reliable, adaptable, and nurturing
- Can commit to three or more days per week
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Care work
- Nursing or HCA roles
- Teaching Assistants or LSAs
- Sports coaches or youth workers
Driving is preferred but not essential, as all schools are accessible via public transport.
