As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring every student has the tools and confidence to succeed. You will support young people who may have learning difficulties, disabilities, or language barriers, helping them access the curriculum and overcome obstacles to learning. Working closely with teachers, parents, and SEND specialists, you will:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans/Behaviour Support Plans
