Teaching Personnel is recruiting a motivated and flexible Cover Supervisor to join a well-respected secondary school in Andover, Hampshire. We have part-time and full-time opportunities available that are ideal for individuals who are keen to gain valuable classroom experience or are considering a future career in teaching.

The Role

In this role, you will supervise classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues smoothly and effectively. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a positive and focused learning environment. The position may also involve providing additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) when required.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, including exposure to SEN. You will be confident and adaptable in a classroom setting, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Pay

This role offers an immediate start, offering competitive daily pay between £95 and £130+.
