Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students across SEN School settings. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while gaining valuable experience in education.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils’ learning and development in line with individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Promoting positive behaviour and fostering respectful, trusting relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
  • Assisting with the delivery of tailored interventions and activities designed to meet pupils’ social and emotional needs
  • Contributing to a supportive and inclusive school ethos that values diversity and wellbeing

Person specification:

  • Experience or a strong understanding of working with children with SEMH and additional complex needs
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
