Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Design & Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Berkeley, Gloucestershire from September.

Working on a part-time basis, you will take responsibility for your own class, delivering engaging lessons that encourage creativity, practical skills, and independent thinking.

The Role
As a Design & Technology Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality DT lessons.
- Take responsibility for teaching and managing your assigned classes.
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students to develop practical, technical, and creative skills.
- Monitor and assess progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage confidence, innovation, and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Design & Technology within a secondary school setting.
- Can deliver engaging lessons that motivate and inspire students.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
- Has a genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
- Works effectively as part of a wider school team.
