Location: South Birmingham, Dudley and Halesowen
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for experienced cover supervisors to work across multiple schools within South Birmingham, Dudley and Halesowen. We currently have part time, full time and day to day roles available - perfect for candidates looking for flexible working around studies or family! All positions are Secondary School based, ideal locations with easy access to public transport and FREE on site parking!
All cover supervisors will have access to school laptops, lanyards and pre-set work within all classes.
As a cover supervisor, you will be required to:
- Supervise classes of up to 30 students, across multiple different subjects.
- Deliver pre-set work set by the class teacher.
- Manage behaviour and support learning inside the classroom.
Who we're looking for:
- Be available for a minimum of 2 days per week.
- Experience working with young people inside of a classroom environment.
- Confidence, calming presence and good communication.
- Degree in a specific subject or equivalent.
- Able to manage conflict in line with schools' policies and procedures.
- Have an understanding of safeguarding children and the ability to take necessary steps when needed.
