Classroom Assistant – Primary School
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex

No prior classroom experience is required—if you’ve worked with children in any setting, your skills are highly transferable.

Responsibilities:- Support pupils in class on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged
- Support children with additional needs where required
- Sports coaching or team leadership
- Youth work or community settings
- Childcare, nursery work, or babysitting
- Psychology or education graduates/students
A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach is essential, along with confidence in building relationships with children and a genuine interest in supporting child development.
An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to apply for one) is required.
