Learning Support Assistant – Primary SEN (Reception to KS2)
Location: Full-Time | Term Time Only
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Hailsham, East Sussex to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs from Reception through to KS2. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children at a crucial stage in their development, helping them build confidence, communication skills, and independence in a nurturing environment.

- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASC)
- Support children with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Encourage independence and promote pupil confidence

- A genuine passion for working with primary-aged pupils
- Experience in SEN, education, care, or similar (desirable but not essential)
