As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Adapting your teaching approach to meet the needs of diverse learners, including pupils with mild to moderate SEND
- Upholding school behaviour policies and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with students and staff to support engagement and progress
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils (KS3 & KS4)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
- A commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (highly desirable due to travel between schools)
