As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
  • Adapting your teaching approach to meet the needs of diverse learners, including pupils with mild to moderate SEND
  • Upholding school behaviour policies and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff to support engagement and progress

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils (KS3 & KS4)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding
  • A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (highly desirable due to travel between schools)
