Join Our Team Supporting SEN Schools in GUILDFORD, SURREY! Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our teams supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across GUILDFORD, SURREY.

We are currently recruiting for:

  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed

Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available

About the Schools & Students:

You will be working in warm, welcoming and supportive specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
  • Sensory processing difficulties

About You:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs (For Teachers/HLTAs)
  • Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential
