We are looking for a committed and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive team based in the Greenford area, working with pupils with SEMH, Autism and complex needs. This is not your typical classroom role – this is about changing lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
- Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural challenges
- Help create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and SENCOs
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
Qualifications
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work or similar)
