Roles Available School Administrators Receptionists Welfare Assistants Breakfast Club Assistants After School Club Assistants Wraparound Care Staff Lunchtime Supervisors Site Supervisors Caretakers & Premises Assistants Responsibilities Duties will vary depending on the role but may include: Providing administrative support within busy school offices Managing visitor sign-in procedures and telephone enquiries Supporting pupil wellbeing and welfare throughout the school day Supervising pupils during breakfast clubs, lunch periods and after-school provision Assisting with attendance and safeguarding processes Maintaining school premises, grounds and facilities Carrying out general maintenance and caretaking duties Supporting the effective day-to-day running of the school Requirements We are looking for candidates who: Have previous experience relevant to the role they are applying for Possess strong communication and organisational skills Are reliable, professional and adaptable Work effectively as part of a team Have a genuine interest in supporting schools and young people For School Administrator positions, previous experience using SIMS is highly desirable and may be essential for some placements.
