We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across the BB6 area. Responsibilities
- Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and academic progress.
- Assist with classroom preparation and general administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- All applicants must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check; full assistance provided.
