Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting an ambitious graduate teaching assistant with a passion for working with young people and providing every student with the opportunity to achieve in their education. We are currently supporting a large mixed-gender high school situated in Warrington who require a graduate teaching assistant for a November 2026 start. Role responsibilities: Promote an inclusive classroom. Lead one-to-one and small group interventions with students requiring additional support. Be responsible for keeping records of progress and reports of assessment. Assist in the supervision of the classroom and implement behaviour management strategies when appropriate. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan, deliver, and mark learning materials. Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures. This high school require a dedicated graduate teaching assistant to join their outstanding team and contribute to the support of the new pupil intake. Pay: £(Apply online only) per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
