Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom? We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Grantham area.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or 1:1
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children with additional needs (SEND experience desirable)
What You’ll Need:
- Experience working with children or young people
- TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred but not essential)
- A proactive and nurturing attitude
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
