The Role:
- Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with their learning and development
- Working 1:1 and with small groups to deliver interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics
- Supporting children with special educational needs including autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia and speech and language difficulties
- Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and supporting pupils with EHCPs
- Using positive behaviour management strategies to support children with social, emotional challenges
