Hours: Full time (5 days per week)

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with their learning and development
  • Working 1:1 and with small groups to deliver interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics
  • Supporting children with special educational needs including autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia and speech and language difficulties
  • Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and supporting pupils with EHCPs
  • Using positive behaviour management strategies to support children with social, emotional challenges
