Teaching Personnel are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join well-regarded secondary schools in Gosport. This full-time position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen to gain valuable classroom experience or are considering a future career in teaching.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11 to 16 in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly and that pupils remain engaged with the pre-prepared learning materials provided. You will help maintain a positive and productive learning environment across a range of subjects and year groups, while also providing occasional support to students with special educational needs.

To be successful in this role, you should be confident in managing a classroom, flexible in your approach, and able to respond effectively to different situations as they arise.
