Teaching Personnel is searching for passionate and empathetic Early Years Practitioners to join a welcoming nursery in Bath. You will be working with children aged 0-5, creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow.   • Supporting children’s play, learning, and emotional development
  • Assisting with daily routines, mealtimes, and personal care
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families
  • Contributing to observations, assessments, and planning (L2/3)

A positive, caring person who has a strong desire to work with children.

  • Formal or informal childcare experience, for example nursery roles, nannying or Au Pair work, after-school or youth clubs, or supporting the care of younger siblings or relatives.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable but not essential.
