Pay: £95 - £100 per day, paid weekly (dependant on experience).
Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for a KS1 Teaching Assistant for a Primary School based in Gateshead. This is a part-time role with a strong possibility of a full-time contract for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational support for pupils in the classroom.
- Assist the teacher with lesson delivery.
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Passionate about assisting both teachers and pupils.
- Promote care and proactiveness in classroom.
Requirements:
- Experience working 1:1 with children.
- Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain one.
- Patient and supportive approach.
- Provide additional support where needed.
- Work efficiently alongside educators and support staff.
