We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school environment. This is a long-term role running until July, with a strong possibility of a permanent position starting in September for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS lessons
- Assist in the development of children’s social, emotional, and educational needs
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Contribute to observations and assessments in line with EYFS framework
Requirements
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above)
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
- A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
