We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced tutors to join our team and help learners develop crucial skills in English, Maths, and ICT.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing engaging and effective 1-to-1 tuition in Functional Skills (English, Maths, and ICT).
  • Working with learners of various ages and abilities, helping them achieve accredited qualifications.
  • Developing and implementing tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and progress.
  • Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Functional Skills (English, Maths, and/or ICT).
  • A strong understanding of Functional Skills qualifications and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • The ability to adapt your teaching style to suit diverse learners.
  • A current DBS certificate and willingness to subscribe to the Update Service.
