What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in students' learning during teacher absences.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects
- Supporting the learning environment while maintaining behaviour and focus
- Taking registers and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Adapting quickly to the needs of different classrooms
