Role type: Flexible Supply (AM calls, short notice cover available)

Suitable for: ECTs & Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs)

Pay Rate: £130 - £232.56 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking adaptable and committed Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Halewood and nearby areas. You will cover KS1 and KS2 classes, supporting schools with planned absences, emergency cover, and same-day requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school needs
  • Managing the classroom environment and ensuring positive behaviour
  • Providing continuity of learning for pupils in the class teacher’s absence
  • Being open and available for morning calls and short-notice placements
  • Working confidently across a variety of local school settings

Ideal Candidate

You will be a teacher who is:

  • ECT or FQT, enthusiastic about broadening experience across different schools
  • Confident delivering lessons from supplied plans
  • Flexible, reliable, and comfortable handling morning and short-notice bookings
  • Positive, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
  • Passionate about supporting children’s learning in varied environments
