We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female PE Specialist to join a welcoming and high‑achieving all‑girls secondary school in Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate PE teacher looking for a part‑time role with full teaching responsibilities.

Position: Female PE Specialist

Location: All‑girls Secondary School, Wandsworth

Working Days: Mondays only

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Long‑term until Friday 12th June 2026

Type: Full teaching responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons
  • Marking and assessing student work
  • Attending relevant departmental and whole‑school meetings
  • Participating in parents’ evenings
  • Supporting the wider PE department
  • Teaching and supporting students across KS3 & KS4
  • Upholding safeguarding, behaviour and school‑wide standards

Qualifications:

  • Female PE specialist (required due to supervision/changing‑room duties)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education
  • Confident teaching across KS3–KS4
  • Excellent communication, organisation and classroom‑management skills
  • Ability to commit to Mondays for the full duration of the assignment

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced DBS check.
