Teaching Personnel are seeking an ambitious and passionate Teacher of Science - with the potential to step into Second in Science - for a full‑time position at a high‑performing secondary school in Farnborough. We are looking for a dedicated Teacher of Science who is confident teaching KS3 and KS4 across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with the ability to specialise in one discipline. Alongside delivering consistently high‑quality lessons, the successful candidate will support the Head of Science in driving standards, shaping curriculum development, and ensuring positive outcomes for all learners.

• Deliver engaging, challenging and inclusive Science lessons to KS3 & KS4

You will be a strong classroom practitioner with:

• Proven experience teaching Science to a high standard at KS3-KS4
• Excellent behaviour management and a calm, confident presence

• Evidence of raising attainment across mixed‑ability groups
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
