Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Support Assistants to work across a range of specialist SEN and SEMH schools throughout Farnborough and Hampshire. You will be supporting children and young people with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and complex needs, helping them access education in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with learning activities and emotional regulation
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Support behaviour management strategies
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN or SEMH
- QTS required for teaching roles
- Previous TA or support experience desirable
- Calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
