Pay: £13.75 per hour | Temp to perm, with a salaried role available

We are recruiting a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive specialist school in the Farnborough area. The school supports older primary to early secondary-aged pupils with a range of needs, including moderate and severe learning difficulties, complex needs and autism. Pupils benefit from a calm, structured and nurturing environment with high levels of adult support.

This role is ideal for someone who values building relationships, understands the importance of routine and consistency, and takes pride in helping pupils develop independence, communication and confidence at their own pace. You do not need prior school experience; backgrounds in nurseries, childcare, residential care, health or support work are highly valued, and training will be provided.

To keep our pupils safe, all applicants must hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
