As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils both in and out of the classroom to access learning.
• Help deliver tailored educational programmes and interventions.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Support pupils with social, emotional, and personal development.
• Provide personal care where required.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
