We are currently recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Fareham. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, starting in September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, particularly those who thrive in inclusive educational environments.

The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, providing both one-to-one and small group assistance. You will play a key role in helping children, particularly those with additional needs, access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
  • Assist in the delivery of engaging and accessible lessons
  • Support children with additional needs, including SEN
  • Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
