Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to the location of the school and the nature of the role.
