SEN Key Stage 4 Teacher – Immediate Start (Fakenham)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Key Stage 4 Teacher to join a specialist setting in Fakenham on an immediate start basis. This is a full-time role, working 5 days per week, supporting students with additional needs in a nurturing and structured learning environment. The school is a specialist provision set within extensive grounds in Fakenham, supporting children and young people aged 5–16 with communication and interaction difficulties. The environment is designed to provide a calm, supportive, and tailored approach to learning, enabling pupils to thrive both academically and personally.
Please note that PPA time is required for this role, and an Enhanced Child Only DBS registered on the Update Service will be essential to fast-track the application process.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated KS4 lessons for students with SEN
- Support learners with communication and interaction needs
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with support staff and wider school teams
- Track progress and adapt learning to individual pupil needs
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working within SEN or alternative provisions (KS4 experience desirable)
