Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a specialist SEMH secondary provision in Failsworth. The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task. This role requires someone who is confident leading from the front, willing to get involved, and able to use their initiative to manage behaviour and respond to situations as they arise. You will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning while supporting pupils’ emotional and behavioural needs.
