Early Years Practitioner – Penzance, Cornwall

An exciting opportunity to grow, lead, or take the next step in Early Years. Are you an experienced EYFS practitioner (from a school or PVI setting), or an Early Years ECT looking to build confidence before stepping into a teaching role? A rural primary school near Penzance is developing its Early Years provision and is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic practitioner to join the team from September 2025. We are inviting you to be part of this exciting transformation.

The nursery is not just a space for learning—it’s a vibrant, nurturing environment where curiosity is sparked, imaginations are ignited, and foundational skills are developed. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and ready to take initiative.

This role offers:

  • Full-time, temporary to permanent opportunity
  • £95–£105 per day, paid weekly via PAYE
