Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Role Location: Slough Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding, long-term role in a supportive primary school? We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN TA to join a mainstream primary school in the Slough area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and wants to make a genuine difference to their education and development. The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school setting Have strong experience supporting children with SEN and additional needs Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis Have a patient, nurturing and positive approach Be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents Have a good understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management Be reliable, committed and looking for a long-term position The role: Long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent Working within a welcoming and supportive primary school Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs Providing both academic and pastoral support Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and learning skills If you are an experienced SEN TA with a strong primary school background and are looking for your next long-term opportunity in Slough, we would love to hear from you.
