Teaching Personnel is working closely with welcoming, inclusive schools in Exmouth who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support pupils who need a little extra help to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
What the Role Looks Like:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in a child’s school day—offering encouragement, structure, and support where it’s needed most. You’ll work closely with teachers and specialist staff to help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. You may support children with:
- Primary learning needs
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding.

- Pay: £89–£100 per day (paid weekly via PAYE)
