About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with a wide range of needs in Exmouth’s exceptional schools. What We’re Looking For: Our partner schools are looking for professionals with a passion for supporting students with:
- Primary Support
- SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Key Details:
- Start Date: ASAP – Flexible openings to suit your availability
- Type: Full‑time, Temp‑to‑Perm – Begin in a temporary role with potential for a permanent position
- Pay: £85–£100 per day – Competitive weekly pay, depending on experience

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to help students engage, learn, and achieve
- Work alongside teachers to deliver individualised learning plans

- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support each student holistically
Qualifications & Skills:
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
